There is no "filter" anymore, the modern IIS extension is a module and it \
automatically picks up requests for handlers without the old script extension trick.

A 404 means the module is simply not there and/or not active for the site in \
question, or you're trying to issue handler requests over http without changing \
default settings that require TLS. If you want more insight, that's in the native log \
stream.

The metadata handler is deprecated as it says it is, and I don't know what else you \
want there. Ignore the warning or remove it from the configuration.
