Hi folks,

Atlassian is having more fun with us and has decided to end the ability to send Jira \
notifications to an arbitrary email address, which prevents us from continuing to \
mirror those emails to the commits list.

We though it was going to stop in August but it appears they broke it this weekend \
(or something else is wrong, but this was inevitable anyway).

For now, we have re-routed the generic notifications to the Developers "role" on the \
projects, which goes to the project team itself.

If there's demand, we can set up a group (that we would have to manage) to allow \
wider dissemination, but we haven't put that in place yet. Watching issues still \
works, and you still see updates to issues you create, so that shouldn't break.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we don't get a vote.
