I have never seen any evidence that any of the options but the recovery cookie added \
recently are viable.

More to the point, if you solved the problem for your application, then the answer is \
to get the SP out of the way (or offer whatever code you made work since nothing I \
have does), and if you haven't solved the problem for your application...I haven't \
either.
