Just to put in my 2c, a login-hint passed from Sp (via some IDP discovery) =
to IDP is also something I=92m interested in.

No, that is very much not out of the box by any defintion, and our message =
encoding layer doesn't support proprietary additions to the bindings other =
than in cases where a template is involved. If we support POST outbound, wh=
ich I imagine we do, it would be somewhat incidentally possible with the te=
mplate override feature.
