From your paths it rather looks as though you are doing a windows installer (MSI) \
thing.   I'm not sure when our last jetty 9.3 installer was but it was a long time \
before 3.4.8 which is your required staging post on the way to 4.1

Your next problem is that you cannot transplant MSI installed products from machine \
to machine.  I doesn't matter whether it's Office or the Shibboleth IdP, the world \
doesn't work like that.
