I'm very skeptical, so all I can say is you can file a bug and I'll eventually try \
and reproduce it and if I can't, I'll invalidate the bug report. My guess is perhaps \
you aren't using the configuration you think you are, but since virtually nobody \
turns this off, anything's possible.

If it were broken, it's also not as though there's anything I could do about it soon, \
so you're probably going to need to look at hardwiring the web server to report a \
value in a header and then direct it to pull REMOTE_ADDR from there, which should \
work around the issue.
