The Shibboleth Project has produced a "final" cleanup release of the 3.x IdP branch \
to provide access to a refreshed set of dependencies (e.g., this includes the final \
version of Spring 4 that will exist and a few other updates). It is now available \
in the usual forms from the download site [1].

This is the last shipping version of IdP V3 (and OpenSAML V3) as the EOL date is \
about 2 weeks out. We may, but cannot promise, produce additional changes to the code \
branches if circumstances warrant as a courtesy to consortium members but will not be \
producing formal releases of those changes.

If you expect to be running V3 beyond the EOL date for any length of time, upgrading \
to this would be a good choice.
