I installed tcllib 1.9 from the sourceforge distro. Am reinstalling the
1.8 copy.

You could get an old version of the ActiveState tcl package. Why are you
using that anyway? What OS is this on?

Set the sensor as inactive:
mysql> UPDATE sensor SET active='N' WHERE hostname='foo';
What version of tcllib do you have installed. SMTP seems to be broken
in 1.9.x and I haven't been able to track down the issue.
