We are looking for a Senior Engineer to place in our Testing Group, 
which covers a wide range of software and hardware command and control 
(as well as special capabilities) testing against threat/capabilities 
profiles.  Incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, 
and construction of the test-bed suite.  Will develop and write test 
plans, procedures, and reports, and will conduct Verification, 
Development and/or Red Team testing as required.

This position is located in the vicinity of Vienna, Virginia.  Nice
benefits package, and a great environment.  While a US citizen with a
Department of Defense security clearance is highly desired, it is not
immediately required.

Requirements:

Selected applicants will be subject to a government security
investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to
classified information. Ideal candidate has 5-10 years experience in
developing, managing, conducting test processes, to include:
establishing and executing testing processes, plans and procedures,
and writing testing reports. Experience in requirements analysis,
processes of developmental test and evaluation (DT&E), functional
testing, independent verification and validation (IV&V), red team
testing, and operational test and evaluation (OT&E) is essential. Must
have working knowledge and experience with Linux, Solaris, and Windows
operating systems and networks. Experience as a test engineer or test
manager for the Department of Defense systems is highly desired.
Experience in Information Operations product testing highly desired.
Experience in quality assurance principles and processes highly
desired; DoD level 2 acquisition engineering (TEST) or equivalent
commercial certification highly desired. Travel is minimum and
generally in local area.

Compensation is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
