   We are seeking an Internal R&D Lead/Project Manager with expertise in
   encryption systems and information security.
   Job Requirements
   -PhD or MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree
   -5+ years of relevant experience
   -Must be able to obtain government clearance
   -1+ years experience with access control concepts and technologies
   -Experience with encryption systems
   -Experience in software design and development in Unix, Windows, and
   web development
   -Experience with Object Oriented Design (OOD), Java, C/C++, Scripting
   languages (e.g., PERL), and API design and development
