You can pass macros to your milter by defining confMILTER_MACROS_*
in your .mc file or Milter.macros.* in your .cf file. For details
see cf/README and the Sendmail Installation and Operation Guide.
Within your milter, use smfi_getsymval() to fetch a macro's value.
