Subject:    rmoving hostname from From address without masquerading all addresses...

    I know it can be done but I forget how, and it is driving me crazy. When
I compose mail from the Linux box, it appends @host.domain.com instead of
just the domain. I know that I can change this option without masquerading
all mail send from  the server, does anyone know where the setting or conf
line is to specify only "@domain.com" instead of "@host.dmain.cm"
Thanks, I have been trying to track it down without success to this
