Conferences are created ad-hoc and organised by the user part of the 
request URI.

So, if you send SEMS an INVITE to RURI sip:100@sems.ip, you'll put the 
caller in conference 100.  If you send them to sip:101@sems.ip, you'll 
put them in conference 101.  And so on.

Routing those calls to the 'conference' module is a matter of using 
the 'app_mapping' scheme to route URIs of a certain user part scheme 
(perhaps via a regular expression) to a given module.
