It seems it was Our web filter blocking some updates.  I put the SO boxes in an \
exclude group and all updates are working now.  This may have been causing some of \
our problems all along by having incomplete updates on the previous SO box.

This appears to be more of an Ubuntu issue than an issue specific to Security Onion.  \
                Please try googling "The following signatures were
invalid: NODATA 1 NODATA 2".
