Job Functions: This is a great opportunity for a 
creative individual who wants to work in a dynamic 
environment and be involved in both the design and 
implementation stages.  The successful candidate 
will be responsible for the definition, design, 
and development of future versions of the 
company's communications security products.

Experience and Skills Requirements: 
Developing functional and design specifications.  
Making architectural, design, and performance  
trade-off decisions. Developing technical 
documentation. Coding, unit testing, and 
Integration testing Windows and Kernel application 
systems. Developing and debugging embedded 
networking security software applications. 
Participating in code reviews. Reviewing and 
evaluating products to support development.  
Keeping abreast of current communication 
networking security protocols (i.e., TCP/IP, 
IPSEC, SSL, PKI, etc.) Maintaining and enhancing 
existing network communication security 
applications.

Education Requirements:
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer 
Science, or a  related technical discipline.

A minimum of 10 years of related software 
development experience. A minimum of 4 years of 
experience with multi-threaded programming using 
C/C++, COM, and MFC on a Windows platform (e.g., 
NT, Windows 2000). A minimum of 5 years of 
experience with C and embedded system development. 
                                                  
A minimum of 4 years of experience with C, C++  
programming on a Unix or Linux platform.          
                                                
Hands-on experience in full-life cycle development 
of large and complex systems.
