three consecutive years. Sold company to Cohesive Technology Solutions in
January 1998. Recruited top performers to fill key management positions.
Personally interviewed and hired 40 people over two years. Maintained below
average turnover and above average billable utilization. Personally closed
$1 million in sales for 1997.

Oracle Corporation	1994 - 1995
Senior DBA Consultant
Primary responsibilities included: performance tuned a 50 gigabyte marketing
data warehouse hosted in Oracle 7.2 HP-UX 9 running on a HP T500 SMP system.
System utilized 8 CPUs, 1.5 terabytes of RAID5 disk space, 1.5 gigabytes of
physical RAM, 21 fast-wide SCSI disk controllers. Developed a method of
offline snapshot instantiation to decrease initial snapshot time.
System-wide reviews of backup and recovery procedures.

Wells Fargo Bank Customer Information Group	1993 - 1994
Senior Security Programmer
Primary responsibilities included: team developer for development and
implementation of a common desktop architecture for Windows and NT client to
Netware and Microsoft NT servers. Included conversion of banking
applications, software update strategy. Developed and integrated
applications into a standard desktop middleware connectivity model. Designed
and developed: Help Desk application to reset passwords without supervisor
equivalence; WAN user administration tools in Visual Basic/C++/Novell SDK;
user administration tools for Novell NDS X.500 extended schema; Winsock
applications and tools using Novell Netware TLI SDK; customized security
software.

E. & J. Gallo Winery	1991 - 1993
Project Leader
Primary responsibilities included: system level C programming services to
support the Client/Server aspects of Gallo's Sales Management Information
System (SMIS) project. Development included: data-driven,
application-independent, "middleware" software layer for moving high volumes
of data between DB2 and PC file formats; MS-Windows utility programs using
Windows C SDK; Novell 3.x utilities using the Netware C API.
