I've found that Toronto headhunters don't realy 
have much of a clue about InfoSec positions and
tend to treat them as, for example, the firewall 
equivalent of someone who configures and maintains
a router.  I find them unhelpful and frustrating 
for the most part.

Being involve with the security community - networking -
and being part of the local ISSA or ISACA chapters
is much more proactive.

The ISSA has a presentation on Active Directory
and LDAP today - 16th.
