As a Senior Network Security Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting \
and solving engineering mysteries to a global installed client base, as well as \
strategic partners.

This position requires a minimum of 3 years technical/engineering support in a \
software manufacturing environment, a solid understanding of firewalls, VPN’s, \
routers, DNS, LAN/WAN technologies, Unix/NT (Linux a big plus), excellent \
troubleshooting and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, BSCS \
(preffered) or equivalent experience, and a MCSE/CCNA a plus.
