*	Responsible for directing and controlling the activities of research
or technical design function.
*	Manages and conducts research and development and technical programs
which lead to improved product, increased output and/or reduced costs.
*	Evaluates technical progress of projects to insure sound application
of scientific and engineering principles and adequate projects to assure
accomplishments of technical objectives.
*	Prepares and presents reports outlining the outcome of technical
projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired
results.
*	Experience Required
	*	10+ years industry experience
	*	3+ years of managing software development
	*	Proven track record of being able to deliver products on
time and high quality
	*	Strong technical background
			o	Strong knowledge of C/C++
			o	Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
			o	Unix and NT networking
			o	Database management system
			o	E-commerce (web servers, HTTP, XML, CGI)
	*	Great team leadership and player attitude
	*	Strong verbal and written communication skills
	*	Ability to work with cross-functional teams
	*	Flexible (team player) doing whatever it takes!

*	Experience Desired:
	*	NT development experience
	*	Knowledge of PKCS, Cryptography, and PKI
	*	Oracle DBMS experience
	*	Java
	*	Web Server
	*	Security protocols such as CMP, SSL, SCEP
	*	Involved in the development of security related products
such VPN, Firewall, and Access Control
	*	Familiar with Unix scripting language such as csh, awk, sed,
perl
	*	Familiar with Unix utilities and networking such as
sendmail, snoop, etc.
	*	LDAP server
	*	Smart Cards

*	Education:
	*	BSEE/CS, MS Preferred
