JOB DESCRIPTION

Position:       Security Engineer
Location:       Austin, Texas, United States
Type:           Permanent F/T

Closing Date:   2008-04-13

Information Security Analyst type position for the City of Austin.  You will be \
managing Security devices, doing forensics investigations, new system architecture, \
system hardening and projects.

We need someone who has a good familiarity with networking devices, a security \
mindset and advanced network administration or system administration knowledge to \
work with small security team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
    * Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course \
work in Information Science, Computer Science, Electronics, or in a field related to \
                the job.
    * Three (3) years experience working in a network support/network environment.
    * Education or Experience may be substituted up to a maximum of four (4) years.
