Senior Lead Software Engineer 
South Bay 408 area code

Our client is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer with full life cycle \
development experience and new product launch release experience.  Will maintain and \
support all versions/releases, as well as test and debug, while working w/Dev and QA \
teams.  Strong project management leadership a must, while being a hands-on coder, \
mentoring other team members. 







JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Must have: 
BSCS or BSEE 
7+ years of C++/Java 
Must have XML, Web Services, COM/ATL/MFC 
Distributed/multi-threaded programming experience and expertise with algorithms and \
data structures  Client side Windows and Linux preferred 

This is a security software client so Senior Lead Software Engineer must have prior \
work experience in cryptography or security.
