Job Summary:
Manage named Websense customer accounts to maximize revenue. 

Essential Functions:
•	Ensure maximum customer satisfaction with existing Websense products. \
Orchestrate the available support resources including Websense Field Support \
Engineers, Websense Technical Support, and reseller partners to ensure customer is \
happy with Websense products. •	Expand relationships within the account by \
expanding higher and wider within the organization to reach all end-user stakeholders \
with an interest in managing the risks associated with employee use of computers. \
•	Educate end-user stakeholders on the expanding capabilities of Websense \
products and show how these capabilities deliver cost-saving solutions to current \
business problems. •	Grow the number of multi-year subscriptions by working on \
financing options within Purchasing departments. •	Provide regular business \
pipeline reports/forecasts for all business developed and closed. •	Other duties \
as assigned.



JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Qualifications:
1. College degree in business desirable, equal professional experience acceptable.
2. 5+ years of sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in a high tech company.
3. Knowledge of sales of software or computer related products.
4. Strong communication skills mandatory, both telephone and in person.  As well as \
skill in selling, time management and organization. 5. Ability to close business \
while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
