My client, a Fortune 500 global financial institution, is seeking a very HANDS ON \
Compliance Director, reporting to the CISO. This person will work closely with the \
regulators managing relationships, researching and reponding to the management team \
as it relates to policymaking areas such as Risk Management and Fraud Management.  \
Will have direct interface with managmeent on policy making issuances or updates and \
alert my client of any impact to their business as well as to interface with other \
Compliance organizations to learn best practices and how they should be implemented \
throughout my client's organization. Must have strong leadership, strategic thinking \
and planning abilities, have the ability to make quick decisions, strong project \
management experience and 7 plus years experience leading people/teams in an audit, \
compliance or internal controls function at a business level.  Successful experience \
working with Senior Regulatory Examiners.    Must be comfortable with technical \
terminology and understand various platforms, networks, applications utilized within \
                technology infrastructure functions.
BA/BS: MBA preferred.
Salary mid to high one hundreds plus 23% bonus.
