SENIOR SECURITY SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Project: MetaFrame Access Suite
Start Date: As soon as possible  
Responsibilities: The Senior Security Software Developer will be 
responsible for ensuring that security awareness and protection are 
incorporated into the design and development of software for the 
MetaFrame Access Suite.

Other responsibilities will include
  o The tracking, incorporation and compliance of commercial and 
governmental (domestic and foreign) security standards for the MetaFrame 
Access Suite.  
  o The ability to conduct security audits and reviews of designs and 
source code for features and components to be developed or already 
existing in the product.
  o Conduct threat assessments.
  o Develop test beds and conduct security penetration testing.
  o Mentoring and formal training of engineering personnel on security 
awareness in software designs, implementation and testing.
  o Coordinate product security architecture.
 
Requirements: 
  o 6-8+ years of security analysis and security software development in 
a commercial environment (i.e., shrink wrapped software development).
  o 5+ years of Microsoft Windows programming and Windows technologies.
  o Strong C/C++ experience is required. 
  o Hands on experience with participating in or conducting/coordinating 
Common Criteria and other methods of security assurance.
  o Experience with understanding, deploying, applying and programming 
with cryptographic algorithms and technologies (VPNs, etc.).
  o Experience with understanding and implementation (programmatic and 
integration) of PKI technologies.
  o Experience with authentication and firewall technologies 
(programmatic and integration).
  o Experience with security testing tools, development of threat 
assessments and security testing methodologies.
  o Strong English language written and verbal communication skills.
  o B.S or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or 
Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or technical institute.
  o U.S. Citizenship

Additional desirable skills:
  o CISSP Certification
  o NSA IAM (Infosec Assessment Methodology) Accreditation
  o COM/DCOM Security experience
