Hi,
	I've successfully built ssh-1.2.12 on a Mac runing MachTen
v2.2 (VM), but I'm having one slight problem.  scp and ssh seem to
work fine for the small things I have tried, but slogin only seems to
work if I run sshd in debug mode (-d).  When I try to connect to a
running daemon (started from /etc/rc.local as 
	/usr/local/sbin/sshd -b 1024
) everything looks fine, but after it claims to be entering
interactive session, things just hang there until it times out.  Below
is a transcript (from the slogin side, **...** indicates my comment,
names changed to protect the guilty).  I can get the syslog (fascist
logging turned on) of the other end tomorrow if it would help (don't
have access to the machine today), but it pretty much says the same
thing that it started a pty (though I don't see it) started a shell
and was entering interactive session.  Then it just sits there.
