Ssh does not provide a generic environment passing mechanism similar
to the -e option in telnet.  It permits setting the environment with
the RSA authentication environment= option.  Ssh never execs anything
as root after building the environment, and thus does not suffer from
the same vulnerability that was fixed in telnetd recently.
