Bear in mind that SBCL_MAKE_PARALLEL produces suboptimal code due to
*derive-function-types* having no effect in each standalone process. (i.e.
no file can inform other files of the signatures of functions unless
there's an explicit FTYPE).  But in terms of bisection, it's definitely
advisable to use it.
