Try the fmtsearch option to find a format in a list of libraries.

Example:
libname Baseline 'C:\Baseline';
libname LabValue 'C:\PhysMeas';
libname Demograf 'C:\Demographics';

/* Search for formats in all libraries listed below. */
options fmtsearch=(Baseline LabValue Demograf);
