Windows Firewall
Allow an app thru Windoze Firewall
Change Settings
Allow another app
Browse [to your sas.exe]
Add

2. open
Windows Defender Brower Control
* Check Apps and Files
( ) Block
( ) Warn
(*) Off

3. wipe sweat from brow.

4. look out Window, just to be sure, no one is watching.
