I appreciate all of the code help and code that you have posted to
SAS-L and sascommunity
But you really need to use a readable coding style, especially on
the sascommunity site.
I do not like the hanging indent for END and other termination
commands, but I know that others like DATA _NULL_ use it.
But spacing like this just makes the code harder to read (and a lot
harder to type).

Did you read the thread on SAS-L about the redundant DATA steps?
Novice users will copy the code that they see used by experts.
