Have they got different types of default printer, and different printer
settings defined? I had the same problem, and until switched to a
different printer, nothing seemed correct.

Also, check that the two machines are running exactly the same SAS,
there are some hotfixes that when applied, could see the situation
occurring that you describe if code developed with the hotfixes in place
is then ported to a machine without the hotfixes.
