Please try the following:
Specify style=minimal in the ods rtf statement to eliminate the shading.
To eliminate the title saying SAS System, etc., you may specify:
ods noproctitle;

There is not anything that you can do about the shaded borders in a
SAS program.  They can, however, be turned off in Word.  In Word,
click on the "Table" on the toolbar and then click on "Hide
gridlines".

What SAS title are you talking about?  Are you talking about "The SAS
System" at the top of the page or your own title?
