1. Download and install MaxDB 7.5.01 alpha 2
(http://www.mysql.com/downloads/maxdb-7.5.01.html => Standard Installation)
2. Download and unpack the MaxDB Proxy Binaries
(http://www.mysql.com/downloads/maxdb-7.5.01.html => Proxy)
3. follow the instructions in maxdbproxy/INSTALL-MaxDBProxy.txt (inside the archive containing the proxy)
