Don't use it, it has many bugs and is very unstable.

Use DBD::ODBC in stead, it's faster and as far as I can tell 100%
stable.

If you want to link directly to the sapdb driver (with no driver
manager) then you need to apply a patch to the driver, search the
dbi-dev or sapdb-general archives for the patch from me or mail me
directly.
