After initialization of the AxisServlet, the initialization of the AxisAdminServlet \
associates to the ConfigurationContext (Shared amongs AxisServlets) a new \
ListenerManager overriding the existing one.  The Lister;anager.stop() method is \
never called on the old one so the system shutdown hook is never removed causing the \
object to be skipped form the garbage collection. This causes a memory leak and the \
following OutOfMemoryError: PermGen after the axis2 application is reloaded several \
times.
