Have you made sure that the SMBDCLIENT local tests pass ?, and have you executed
the file

SMBD_SETUP_TCPWARE.COM found in the installation directory ?.

I installed the binary distribution with minimal changes and probably
left out something obvious.  The NMBD process starts at system boot.
When I try to connect to  \\cdcvax\warren,  which may have been
created by the default action although I cannot see it in network
neighborhood, I get the error message "The network is busy."  The
following lines are added to the log.smb:
