An other possibility is to store the other data forks 
together with the normal data fork in one file on the
server.
Of course this would mean you cannot read this file
from UNIX anymore, but I think I should be faster than
to split the forks info directories.
But it isn't exactly a good thing anyway.

Is the SMB protocol able to handle extended attribs
or multiple forks at all?
