Hello,

Is there any build option for 4.0.0beta1 that yields to using the bundled popt \
library, instead of the one from the system? I know the --with-included-popt option \
was available for 4.0.0alpha7, and was removed somewhere on the way to 4.0.0beta1. Is \
there something similar to that?
