Subject:    Creating NT accounts with Home-dir on Samba File Server

While Creating NT accounts with Home-dir on Samba File Server I always 
get the same error saying it can't create the directory. THis is annoying when 
doing it for 500 users. :)

Any idea how to avoid it ?
