Changes from HEAD:
    source/libsmb/clifile.c
        - added a cli_nt_create_uni() to do a ntcreate&x with a unicode
          filename, regardless of settings negotiated in flags2 smb field.

    source/utils/smbcacls.c
        - cleaned up SidToString() and StringToSid() exit paths.
        - Can now use user%password format in $USER environment variable.
          -U option is now optional.
        - perform a retry of ntcreate&x calls with unicode filename if the
          ascii version fails.
        - don't call string_to_sid after cli_lsa_lookup_names() fails.
        - sort the ACE list before calling cli_set_secdesc(), as NT4 seems
          to require 'denied' ACEs before 'allowed' ACEs.
        - don't use space as an ACL separator as it breaks NT user/group
          names containing spaces.
