Subject:    bad lock directory in spec files

Looks like we are using /var/lock/samba for out lock dircetory
in compiles. The problem is that some os's will clean this out
on system boot and the ntdrivers.tdb file is stored there :-(
Anyone want to fix this in the spec files.  I don't have time
to spend on it right now.
