With Samba 2.2, set the port to 445 (it's a command line option) and
don't run nmbd.  You cannot disable netbios compleatly, if you are
running as a domain member, as it will still use netbios in part of it's
communication with the DC.

With Samba 3.0, there is a smb.conf option, which also makes avoid
netbios in the client and server ends.
