Hi and thanks for the quick reply.
Here is the link to the camera. (http://deals2all.zoovy.com/product/SCC-C4202) it \
states that it is rs-232 compatible so I guess I have at least that... I will try to \
contact Samsung to get the documentation and take it from there. Thanks for the info.

I would assume that the camera interface is RS232. Hence the cable is  
simple. However there is no standard for querying commands from a  
serial device. Your best bet is to get the developer documentation  
for the camera from Samsung - it should also include a wiring diagram;-)
