There is a bug in rxtx that allows setting both - hardware and software =
flow control.
SUN's comm implementation for Windows doesn't allow to set XON/XOFF =
while
you have set RTS/CTS flow control.
RXTX allows mixing software and hardware flow control - e.g setting both =
XON/XOFF and RTS/CTS
on receive and transmit channels.
