There are two new rwhois related mailing lists available:

rwhois-workers@rwhois.net:  This is intended for technical discussion
   of the RWhois protocol an implementation issues.  This is not for
   discussing user issues (that is what this list is for!).  Send a
   message with "subscribe" in the body to
   "rwhois-workers-request@rwhois.net"

rwhois-announce@rwhois.net:  This is a moderated list for distributing
   announcements about the protocol and implementation(s) of RWhois.
   Send a message with "subscribe" in the body to
   "rwhois-announce-request@rwhois.net".

And, finally, this list (rwhois@internic.net) has officially moved to
the rwhois.net domain.  It is now, really, rwhois@rwhois.net.  The
"internic.net" address will work for some time, however.
