flog version 4.6.4 has been released!

Flog reports the most tortured code in an easy to read pain
report. The higher the score, the more pain the code is in.

* 2 minor enhancements:

  * Added basic support for safe_call (nic-potter).
  * Added extra complexity penalty to safe_call processing.
