#129: NetConnection.Connect.InvalidApp not working

 When you try to connect to an app that doesn't exist using 0.2 head, i get
 a `NetConnection.Connect.Failed` instead of the expected
 `NetConnection.Connect.InvalidApp`. I don't see any errors in the logs.
 The Flash Player shows an error with a reference to a 'objectEncoding
 error':
