We've basically put the finishing touches on the "new" RTIR (2.4)  
which runs against RT 3.8, which we're about to release. (We have  
customers using these versions in production).

There was no version of RTIR which worked with RT 3.6. It's a straight  
jump from 3.0 to 3.8.
