Hi,
I have done some tests using -z and not using it.
When using -z the destination dir size actually increases a bit.

This compression - the data is only compressed while in transition - not
the dest dir... because the dest dir is larger?

If true then using it on standalone pc from hd-1 to hd-2 is actually a
waste?
...should not be used?

Kindly some pointers please.
Thanks
