Just for a try, please boot with rsbac_nosyslog kernel parameter 
(needs to be enabled in RSBAC kernel config, 
CONFIG_RSBAC_RMSG_NOSYSLOG). I had some occasions where the system 
locks up with too many syslog messages.

This is no problem, it only means you will not get your log at the 
remote host.

It happens sometimes with some pseudo filesystems like sysfs or 
pipefs. No real problem.
 
Without personal UML experience I cannot help much with your lockups.
